If I had seen the Naver reviews I never would have gone, but I didn't, so I went. After the consultation I came out shocked at how unkind they were, and when I looked into it, sure enough, many people had similar experiences. Is it really right that even for the prescribed medication, the patient has to ask what kind of drug it is and how to take it before they tell you? This was my first time having such an experience. It seems they need to read through the reviews carefully.

Do they diagnose and prescribe however they please without even listening to the patient? This is the first dermatology clinic like this I've encountered. They should listen to why the patient came and what's bothering them before diagnosing, but they wouldn't even let me speak. When I asked something I was curious about, they said, 'How many times have I told you? I told you twice,' trying to lecture the patient. I will absolutely never go back. I came away stammering and unable to say anything. I was truly dumbfounded..

My skin itching had been going on for a while, and the sleepless nights got so bad recently that I searched for a dermatology clinic on a mom's online community. They said this doctor was good, so I booked based on the reviews and went. But within 20 seconds, without even asking about my symptoms, they looked at where I had scratched with my nail and said that if vertical lines appear it's hives.. lol of course there are vertical lines following the nail marks because I scratched vertically. Even when I asked, the answers were so half-hearted and there was no sincerity, so I couldn't ask anything more.. This was a clinic I went to after agonizing through sleepless, itchy nights.. sigh

I visited for a sudden skin rash. The nurse and the doctor explained kindly~ The clinic is clean and nice.

My skin condition troubled me for a long time, and I went to another place that was open on a holiday, but they just prescribed acne medication.. It really didn't seem right, so after some thought I came to this clinic, and it was such a good choice. :') They explained things really well, and I felt the worries I'd carried for two months calm down! It's hard to find a place in Cheongna that handles skin conditions well.. Honestly, I chose this clinic because the doctor who had treated my mother at a university hospital is here, so I figured it would be trustworthy, and I'm really glad I came. T_T I'll get my treatment with peace of mind!

The clinic is clean and the staff are kind. They also explained my symptoms in an easy-to-understand way, which I liked. Once I finish the 5 days of medication, I'll visit again.
